  1. You can purchase the session as credits and schedule in accordance with your time as well as our availability.
  2. Session booking closes 24 hours before the start time of session. you can book your sessions in 60 days advance.
  3. We do not provide any refunds. However, if there is a hardware failure on our end and we fail to get you back to operation in a short span OR if there is a problem with our local Internet link then we will reschedule your session for another day without any charge. We are not responsible for the internet issues.
  4. Two Consecutive sessions on a similar rack will be considered as separate sessions.
  5. If you want to reschedule the session then 3 days prior notice is required. In case of emergency, you can give 1-day notice but its consideration is entirely dependent upon our discretion. In any case, notice less than 1 day will not be considered.
  6. After 365 days from the date of purchase, credits will expire.
